The g.u.n model is designed to be flexible and the cost will depend on your specific goals. Each team is selected to deliver on your needs at the best price. A minimum retainer of $3,000/mo. covers creative strategy and light asset production only; $5,000/mo. will add CMO level planning, strategy and vendor coordination.

Most opt for 3, 6, or 12 month engagements and teams usually range from one (with supplemental vendors as needed), up to 7 fractional members. We embed in your organization and manage a designated marketing budget to maximize your ROI–hiring the right number and mix of talent.

Unlike other services, gurunicorninja has no endless pit of faceless humans waiting on standby. We source and vet your team just like you would… from the best talent available on your budget. We often find our team members through our professional networks developed over 30+ years, but we’ll do whatever it takes to assemble the best team for the best price.
